Public Service Agreement (Offer) for Participation in ALLMA Network
1. General Provisions

1.1. This public offer is an official proposal to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) to enter into an agreement for participation in the professional platform ALLMA Network, operated by the sole proprietor Indivíduo Empresário Nina Mayer, registered in Portugal, NIF: 313136980.
1.2. Joining the ALLMA Network is only possible after successful verification, which includes filling out an application form and receiving confirmation from a network manager.
1.3. Upon verification, the Client may proceed with payment of the membership fee, which constitutes acceptance of this offer and the conclusion of the agreement.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The annual membership fee for participation in ALLMA Network is 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) euros.
2.2. Payment may be made either in full or in two stages:
  • Stage 1: 750 euros — access for one month;
  • Stage 2: an additional 750 euros — extension for 11 more months (totaling 12 months of access).
2.3. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or in USDT cryptocurrency. All transaction fees are covered by ALLMA Network. The Client pays only the stated amount.
2.4. A single membership allows access for up to three representatives from one company:
  • One primary account (company owner or initiator of participation);
  • Up to two additional accounts, which may be added at any time during the membership period;
One replacement of an additional participant is allowed free of charge, excluding the primary participant, who cannot be replaced.

3. Service Provision and Community Access

3.1. The service is considered delivered at the moment access is granted to the ALLMA Network Telegram chat. In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights, digital services that have been fully rendered with the consumer’s consent are not subject to cancellation or refund.
3.2. If only the first installment (750 euros) is paid, access is provided for one month. Failure to complete the second payment will result in suspension of access.
3.3. Upon completion of the first year, the Client may renew their membership as follows:
  • Monthly renewal — 100 euros per month;
  • Annual renewal — one-time payment of 1,000 euros.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are not provided once services are rendered. The service is considered fully rendered upon access to the ALLMA Telegram community.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. ALLMA Network is not liable for any losses incurred by the Client resulting from the use of information, advice, or interactions within the Telegram chat, forums, or events, nor for actions of third parties (including other community members).
5.2. Each member is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and any partnerships or agreements made within the community.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. ALLMA Network collects and processes personal data in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.2. Personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, unless required by law.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. Members must comply with community rules and professional conduct standards within Telegram chats and any related platforms.
7.2. ALLMA Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the community without a refund in the event of violations.
7.3. Account sharing or unauthorized transfer of access is prohibited.

8. Termination of Membership

8.1. The Client may terminate their membership at any time. No refunds will be provided.
8.2. ALLMA Network may terminate a Client’s membership in the case of rule violations or non-payment.

9. Modifications to the Offer

9.1. ALLMA Network reserves the right to modify the terms of this public offer. Clients will be notified at least 14 days prior to any changes taking effect.
9.2. Continued use of services after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. The parties shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, internet outages, military conflicts, and other unforeseen circumstances.

12. What’s Included in ALLMA Membership

12.1. Upon payment, the Client receives:
  • Access to the ALLMA Network Telegram chat;
  • Access to thematic and regional discussion threads;
  • Access to the AI Concierge (bot) for partner and information search;
  • Access to monthly online meetings, networking events, and partner presentations.
12.2. Members have the right to:
  • Initiate and participate in discussions;
  • Post and respond to requests;
  • Search for partners and present services;
  • Organize their own events;
  • Contact the Community Manager for support.

13. Community Rules

13.1. The following are strictly prohibited:
  • Unapproved advertising or promotion;
  • Spam, aggressive or toxic behavior;
  • Breach of confidentiality of other members.
13.2. Violations may result in immediate removal from the community without a refund.

14. Use of Information

14.1. Any information received through ALLMA Network may not be used for illegal purposes, published, or shared without permission.

15. Referrals and Partnerships

15.1. ALLMA Network is not responsible for recommendations made by members. All participants act at their own risk and discretion. The platform promotes transparency and professional ethics.
